Teach The Student

After accreditation as a full healer, all Surrey Healers must undertake a further minimum of two two years as a practising ('full') healer. During this period you will have been actively healing members of the public and will be able to demonstrate good practice in regard to stautory requirements for record keeping, in order to attend our Tutor training days and become a Registered Certificated SHA Tutor.

SHA recognises that every Tutor has their own unique methods of inspiring their students but these activities are grounded in and governed by referral to our extensive Code of Conduct, Training Guidance For Students, Standing Orders and Articles of Constitution. These are legal requirements that underpin the integrity of everything our organisation stands for and- collectively- achieves.

With the support of your experience and manuals you will teach SHA Students basic anatomy and physiology, national and governing body legislation, health and safety requirements, effective record keeping and patient confidentiality, meditation, awareness/ mindfulness, absent healing and hands-on healing, as well as facilitating CPPD supervision, guidance and mentorship. All SHA Tutors are aware of the unique challenges Students face when developing their skills and opening their pathways to the healing discipline, just as each will recognise how important  adhering to our Codes of Conduct has bbeen, in helping them further develop their own potential.

If you are a Registered and Certified SHA Healer with at least two years continuous practise and wish to discuss the next pathway to unlocking your healing potential, in the first instance please contact the Training Coordinator or Membership Secretary.
